Welcome to 6666 Device Care. You must agree to these terms if you want to continue using our website and its services. These terms govern all trade-ins, sales, and all other interactions with 6666 Device Care .

Access and Account Termination

6666 Device Care reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our platform at any time, especially in cases where policies or the terms outlined here are violated. Continued use of our site implies your acceptance of all current and updated terms.

Eligibility for Transactions

To proceed with a device trade-in or sale through 6666 Device Care , you must meet the following requirements:

  • Submit truthful and current personal and product information

  • Agree to and comply with all sections of this Agreement

  • Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations

  • Act solely on your own behalf—no third-party transactions

  • Possess full ownership rights and legal title for any item you submit

Payment and Contact Information

In order to receive payment for a trade-in, you are responsible for ensuring your contact details—including a valid email and mailing address—are correct. Payments may be issued via PayPal™, check, or other digital methods. Any applicable sales tax will be added where required. Our price quotes are reliable in most cases, with over 90% of items receiving the originally offered amount. However, we do not price match or adjust payments once a transaction is completed.

Product Condition Guidelines

We classify products based on the following condition categories:

  • Brand New: Unopened, sealed in original packaging with all accessories

  • Like New: Excellent cosmetic condition, fully functional

  • Good: Moderate wear but fully operational

  • Fair: Noticeable wear and tear, yet the device remains functional

  • Damaged: Physically broken but must still power on and function to qualify

Devices with battery life under 80% capacity or less than an hour of use may receive reduced offers. Items with custom engravings will automatically be downgraded by one condition tier.

Offer Adjustments and Returns

If our inspection team finds discrepancies between your device’s condition and the submitted details, a revised offer may be made. If you decline the updated offer, we will return your device free of charge (limited to the item linked to that offer).

During testing, we may need to remove protective cases or accessories. If you decide to have your item returned during this stage, 6666 Device Care is not responsible for any damage.

Devices that are locked to accounts or carriers and cannot be verified may not be accepted. You’ll have to pay the return shipping charges.

By subscribing to marketing communications, you grant us permission to reach out to you with updates and promotional content. If you choose not to subscribe, we’ll only send essential communications related to your purchases.

Legal Ownership and Device Verification

By submitting a device, you affirm that:

  • The item is not lost, stolen, tied to any active service plans, or blacklisted

  • You are the rightful owner of the product

  • No third party has any claim, lien, or financial interest in the device

All devices must be deactivated from cellular, internet, or other service plans before sending. Devices should not have any lock code, and must be reset, or all personal data must be wiped. Failure to do so may result in payment delays or rejection of your offer.

Limitation of Liability

By trading in or selling a product to 6666 Device Care , you release us from any liability related to the personal data or content remaining on the device. It is your responsibility to back up and remove any such information prior to shipment.

You also agree to indemnify 6666 Device Care from any legal claims or damages that arise due to misrepresentation or violation of the terms set forth in this agreement.

Inspection and Ownership Transfer

Once your device is received, it will be evaluated based on your submitted description. If your item is accepted, ownership is officially transferred to 6666 Device Care , and payment will be processed. If we cannot accept the device, your original offer will become void, though a revised offer may be extended at our discretion.
